## Core invariants

AncientOS is transport-neutral, model-agnostic, artifact-backed,
deterministic-first, governance-gated, fail-closed, replayable, auditable,
human-centered, and does not permit hidden autonomy. Models and providers are
replaceable infrastructure; transports are replaceable interfaces; continuity
is the valuable layer. Historical Luna repo, path, API, command, service, and
module names may remain until a future mechanical rename phase.
